I watched two clients being seated at dirty spa chairs. The former customers, one being a child, had just left. No one cleaned them. The man doing my pedi brought out packaged tools but used tools lying on the station next to me. He polished my toes quickly, getting polish on my skin. Massage part minimal to non existent.

This nail salon tops the WORST of the WORST experience that I've ever had at a nail salon coming from someone who goes to the nail salon every two weeks faithfully. I went to this salon two days ago with my sister. At first everything was okay got offered various drinks then I sat in the pedicure chair but I didn't start getting worked on an hour later.
