I used to love the Frenz Nail Spa but when I went there on 1/11/2025 the lady said I need to make an appointment and I replied I never had to make an appointment before, and she said that she can't give me a manicure today I should have made an appointment. I replied and told her I took a uber and I'm on a fixed income. I just can't come back and she just totally ignore me like I wasn't even there, not saying anything.
