Wow! I came here for a little spa day as a birthday celebration and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. I arrived a bit earlier to enjoy the amenities (it was really quiet and felt like I had the spa to myself) before my treatment and I'm glad I did as it did get a bit busier in the late afternoon. I’ve been a few times, and it’s easily one of my favourite spa experiences in Toronto. Beyond the treatments, you get access to the pool, gym, herbal sauna and steam room, most places only offer one or the other. It’s a great spot to unwind and recharge in a well-kept, relaxing space.
Went for a massage to celebrate my boyfriend birthday but was disappointed by the massage. I booked the hot stone massage and i felt like the massage itself was sloppy and not calming. Sad because i really was looking forward to it.

I’ve been to this spa now twice - for a pedicure only. Honestly best pedicure I’ve ever had! They let you change into a robe and use the lounge before and after the service. There’s plenty of snack options, tea, cucumber-infused water. The lounge area is really bright which throws off the relaxation, it’s due to the open skylight.
