beautiful, very capable swedish derp tissue massage by Yolanda, helped my IT band issue and neck problems.
First, nothing against the masseuses that attended to us. They were incredibly attentive and provided a great service. 5 out of 5 stars for them. Where we have an honest complaint is on the customer service side. $600+ for a 60-minute couples massage seems a bit excessive, even considering how luxurious the place is. But they specifically mention the additional value of a 3-hour access to the rest of their amenities (gym, pool, sauna and steam room, etc.) to sell you on the treatment packages. The massages were great but they charged $60 pp tip without telling us. We gave one person cash which was unnecessary. Also, had a ritz Carlton gift card which they didn’t take despite being a marriot property. Get your act together and communicate stuff.
