Just like everything else at The Resort at Kapalua Bay (formerly the Montage, soon to be a St. Regis) the spa is first-rate. I get maybe one massage a year, so I’m by no means an expert on spas, but there’s zero question that Bo is a master masseur. He worked a miracle on my back and shoulders. Seriously can’t recall the last time I felt so rejuvenated after a massage. I loved my experience at the spa. The amenities alone made it worth arriving early. I spent time enjoying everything before my treatment. The spa is beautiful and peaceful. My massage with Nicole was a 10/10. I get at least two massages a month and have been to many spas over the years, so I have pretty high standards. Nicole was one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. She was attentive, incredibly skilled, and I left feeling completely relaxed. First, nothing against the masseuses that attended to us. They were incredibly attentive and provided a great service. 5 out of 5 stars for them. Where we have an honest complaint is on the customer service side. $600+ for a 60-minute couples massage seems a bit excessive, even considering how luxurious the place is. But they specifically mention the additional value of a 3-hour access to the rest of their amenities (gym, pool, sauna and steam room, etc.) to sell you on the treatment packages.
