Stunning hotel! Did a day at the spa and loved it. Enjoyed amazing views on terrace, tasty salad for lunch and jacuzzi before spa. Totally pampered!
Lovery beautiful stay. The views are spectacular! Service was mostly great.
Terrible experience at this high end resort where the rooms are over 2k a night but service not on par. They do not train the staff for adequate customer service and expectations of the clientele that visit this property. The breakfast service takes forever to get coffee or ala carte menu options as they expect most to visit the buffet. Wait staff not attune to the customer's needs on so many levels.
Atmosphere was relaxing and the service was attentive. Decided to get there early to enjoy the amenities and relax then waited to be called for the massage inside the lounge area. What a great way to relax after a day of skiing. Massage was top notch!
