Booked an "Enhanced Ultimate Spa Pampering Package for Two" for my wife and sister-in-law. Everything was so easy and Gina was very helpful and stayed on top of it! High praise from the women of my life about the experience - said everything was amazing. Highly recommend!
In response to my husband’s purchase of a Groupon for us, I strongly advised him to thoroughly review the accompanying review prior to booking our services. Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations and provided a subpar experience. The massage was inadequate in duration and quality. Ms Gina is such a great soul. I had the best relaxing spa session. The massage, facial, foot treatment, reflexology and back cupping helped me relax. Loved talking to her as well as she is such an amazing conversationalist, especially with me being such an introvert. This is schetchy at best , signed up through Groupon for a message / facial. Service was $152. Someone texted me on Easter, and said this did not include a 20% gratuity which amounted to $62, and I could cancel through Groupon ...
