They cancelled my appoint via text at 8pm the night before my appointment which was a 3 hour appointment for two people. Had to take off work and call my daughter out of school and they just told us to reschedule next week. DO NOT recommend wasting time or money. And they force a 20% gratuity for their services, in advance.
Please please please read reviews on all sites and take them into account. Booked here for my wife. Could not get anyone to answer the phone or return a message. Only way they would communicate was via text. My wife found Gina to be cold. They are very big on getting tip up front. My understanding is that the interior of the building is not in the best of shape and neither is the salon conducive to a relaxing experience. I had a massage and facial today. I truly felt genuinely cared for. These ladies were wonderful!
I was nervous about the color of my eyebrows. But I’m glad I listened to her cause after the color faded a little bit I love them. I really appreciate her she allowed me to bring my daughter and was so sweet with her which means a lot. She really worked with me cause my schedule is so hectic. It wasn’t painful and everything was explained to me before hand. I have never done anything like this before I found a Groupon and just went for it. I’m so happy I did. I strongly recommend based off my experience
I love Gina's services and price! I've been seeing her for waxing facials and massage since 2020 and am a very happy repeat customer. She keeps a clean space and is very personable. The quality is great and she charges resonable rates. I'd skip the Groupon hassle and just call her or book on-line.
