Gina is ONLY CONCERNED about her Tip. Don't use Groupon either as she will change your appointment time if she has a regular paying client that wants the time you have set already. Told my wife Groupon has great cancelation policies. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Go to a REAL SPA as this is in a basement.
If there were more stars to give Spa Moments would get them all!! The massage, reflexology and facial were both relaxing and invigorating!! The owner was so down to earth, sweet and professional, not to mention extremely talented at what she does!! I would HIGHLY recommend Spa Moments to everyone!! It's SO worth the price for over 2 hours of total body pampering!!
I treat myself to a nice spa day every once in a while and I always come to see Gina. She is amazing, very personable, and catered to my specific needs. Very clean and cute studio, I can’t recommend this place more. Thanks so much, can’t wait to come back :)
I received a Groupon for Christmas for spa treatment, unfortunately my situation did not allow me to be able to use this wonderful gift. Gina was so gracious and went above and beyond to help me with my situation! I cannot thank her enough for turning my desperate situation completely around! I can't wait to visit her spa in the future, I know the service will be spectacular!!
My partner and I visited Spa Moments Studio for a pampering package for two. It came with a facial, massage and reflexology. Gina and Bridgette were AMAZING. They were welcoming and kind, professional. The place was relaxing and cozy. The massage was great, the facial was great. I'd definitely come back and you won't regret visiting!
