Not impressed! I arrived about 15 minutes early because I was told if late they had the right to cancel my apt. and still charge me for the services. Well guess what happened, they made me wait and my 10:30 apt. turned into 10:45am. There was another lady in the waiting area that they were 30 mins late for!! Massage went great and really no complaints there! Do Not Do Mani or Pedi!! I think my 5 year nephew would of painted my names better! Had a really great deep tissue massage followed by fresh hair cut and wash. Made for a very relaxed day and can't wait to do it again!
Best place to relax and pamper yourself. Be good to yourself and make an appointment.
Never again. I got I guess a"jr " stylist instead of a "master" I had no idea there was a difference. Asked for side swept wispy bangs and got a blunt cut across my forehead that wasn't even and makes me look like a 6th grader. The manager offered a partial credit toward my next cut. I don't think that will EVER happen. I get to spend from now until this mess grows out remembering the quality of the service.
I won't complain about the service because everyone was very nice but I have definitely had better massages
