Spa Mizan is alright. This salon is okay. When we first moved to Lafayette, I went there 2 or 3 times (and I had a different stylist each time because people kept leaving) and they were all just okay. They're in a new building now, and maybe things have improved.
Overpriced & Unprofessional Terrible customer service. I've been here twice and had a different stylist each time. The first one quit - which I found out when I showed up for my appointment. Someone should've called me in advance to let me know. Six or seven staff members mill around the front counter and they all eyeball you up an down when you walk in the door. Not worth the money!!! I have been to spa mizan twice. I had a gift certificate for a massage & this girl didn't shut up!! I was supposed to be relaxed instead I listened to her talk about her boyfriend & work!!! Then I started going here for my hair instead of my usual place Belle Tresse bc it was closer after our move. Horrible customer service I have never been treated so poorly or had to jump through so many hoops to get a straight answer! I have had my hair done here 3 times with no problem but one day I did have a problem over a corrective color & a waver I was supposed to sign, well the colorist didn't have me sign 1 & didn't explain exactly how unpredictable the results were so I had to pay a week later to get my hair fixed! & called 2 managers & the stylist & got hung up on & attitude off the scale!
