I was very excited to try this spa for the first time. I Bought a groupon for them, but it took so long to get an appt. First, you never get to talk to a real person you have to text. My first appt took a month to schedule then it was cancelled due to weather. There were no attempts to reschedule the appt in a timely fashion.
