I visited Melissa today for my first deep tissue massage! It was so worth it! She is very welcoming and has a lovely, calm environment for treatment. I primarily have pain in my upper body, which she worked so well. Her pressure was amazing, and I know I’ll feel great after a few days. I definitely have more movement and mobility in my neck, which is rare. Thank you so much for your hard work and kindness! See you again soon!
Melissa is a one of a kind massage therapist. Her deep tissue massages are so incredible. I wouldn't be able to keep training at such a high level if it wasn't for her expertise. She herself is such an amazing athlete that she understands what other athletes need to have worked on. I would recommend Melissa to not just athletes but anyone needed some self care.
I’ve been going to Melissa for massages for years now, usually one to two times a month, and she is amazing! She’s great at deep tissue but also gives very relaxing massages, and she even did my prenatal massages when I was pregnant. She always goes above and beyond, and her studio is spotless and calming with thoughtful touches like warm towels and essential oils. Melissa is friendly, professional, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage therapist.
Spa Melissa is in a really lovely location up above Pine Square in historic downtown Mount Vernon. Melissa clearly has an expertise in deep tissue and sports massage, and she's an athlete herself, in addition to having a background as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. She's really strong, too, for those who are seeking real deep tissue work. I have gotten so many messages in my life, and I can tell you that Spa Melissa is the absolutely wonderful! She listens to what you want and gives you a really great message! I recently referred one of my Nieces to her and she loved her message experience with her so much that she referred her Boyfriend. Love her so much that I would rate her 100%!!
