I needed to make an appointment with the doctors. After being told the easiest way was through the NHS E'Consult, I went online and completed the verification, which consisted of uploading a POI and face video, all a bit of a faff. That was completed at 9am, I then had a call at 9.20am for an appointment at 9.40am. So it looks like our local system for a GP visit is not broken in Melksham... Thank you Spa Medical... and the GP, Dr Frankel was lovely, very professional, relaxed and informative.
The best GP practise I have ever used. The reception team are Excellent I can’t thank them enough for their empathy, positive attitude, and going above and beyond. Also the Doctors are very thorough leaving no stone unturned. Referrals are quick also! I am so grateful I received that leaflet through the post to register best decision this year. I really hope CQC see this and give them outstanding service.
Dr Curtis is just brilliant and his team are the best. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.
