Bad experience over months: Spa Mart (Lonsdale) installed a too low capacity chlorinator, blamed us for giving wrong dimensions that they later admitted were never asked or provided, connected the solar pipe instead of the pool one, business owner Craig O is rude, shameless, does not care about clients, bad service, did not correct his mistakes (plural). It is sad that such people are allowed to have business, as even half of this would get you fired in any decent organisation.
