I had a disappointing experience today with my manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was okay, but I had serious issues with the manicure. I clearly explained many times that the shape of my middle fingernail was not correct and I wanted it fixed, but the nail technician did not understand my request properly. In the end, the shape was still not what I asked for. I feel my concerns were not taken seriously, and I left unhappy with the result. The staff who did my manicure was rude and yelled at me when I called her attention to a spot on my nail and was quite harsh on my nails. I did not appreciate the service at all. Plus, why oblige clients to pay with cash and make them withdraw money at the ATM onsite for $2 ? It was my first time and worse experience so far in Montreal. The one who did my pedicure was good though.
What happened to this salon? It was amazing and friendly service.. my manicure shellac used to stay on for 3 weeks! Since midsummer, the service went from 4.5 to 2 stars. My last shellac didn’t stay one week and I felt rushed to get it done.. Well I guess i will search for another salon!
