We’ve been working with Don and his team at Spa Mania for years, and they are truly wonderful! Kind, gracious, and always going above and beyond—treating us like family. Don even came all the way to Lafayette for a small fix to our tub, which speaks to their dedication. Can’t recommend them enough! (He even helped me with an issue with my car—talk about amazing service!)

We asked Don at Spa Mania to replace an air injector and replace jets that were not working properly. We told him we had plugged an air injector with cork temporarily, but that it had another leak somewhere on the other side. He quoted us $2000 to put in a new control panel, fix the leak, replace the air injector, and replace the jets that were not working. The spa was located in an area about 90 minutes away. Tried to order a hot tub cover and was told it would take five weeks to complete. After multiple months of waiting, I still hadn’t received the cover and had to cancel. Whether this was the shop’s fault or the people that they outsourced to work to, it was all handled very very poorly! unfortunately…I would recommend going elsewhere.
