I’ve had a great experience with Spa Mania. I bought a Tiger River spa from them a few years ago, and it’s been working great ever since. Recently, I thought the heater might be malfunctioning, so I gave them a call. Their team was incredibly helpful—they walked me through troubleshooting over the phone, clearly explained what part I needed, and let me know they had it in stock. The owner, Donn is extremely knowledgeable and gives a fantastic service. We had some issues with a used Spa and he could not have been more willing and ready to fix the problem with multiple replacement parts. I thoroughly recommend anybody who wants to have new or secondhand to go to good old-fashioned service with a wealth of experience.
These guys are incredible. They came and took our old hot tub in less than 15 minutes up difficult terrain in the heat with a smile. Could not recommend more highly!
Great place to get a spa and/or spa accessories, if you are in the market for one.
