Recent news reports caused me to proceed with caution. Reason... there is always "more to the story" and I am a big supporter of local business. I wanted a bullfrog spa and Mr Spa had the one I wanted, at the price I was willing to pay. I contacted my credit card company prior to purchase, and confirmed that "if I didn't get what I paid for, they would refund my money" Dawn was a great sales person, explained the process, and wrote up the paperwork. I was unaware of the negative reviews when I purchased my spa from Mr.Spa. I was only looking for a bullfrog brand spa, found that Mr.Spa had them and went to check them out. Dawn was our sales person, she was very nice and informative about the brand. She also understood my needs for a spa(my wife has cancer and we were told that spa's are excellent therapy while going through chemo) so she didnt try to sell me something that I didnt need. STILL DONT HAVE A SPA 5 MONTHS LATER. Instead you stole our money... We were only trying to support a local business as well and that sure has cost us... All for trying to be a customer to you. DO NOT ORDER FROM MR SPA...Ordered Spa Jan '16; Received call end of Feb from spa manufacturer that stated Mr Spa is basically "insolvent" and have been taking orders from customers and not ordering the spa from the manufacturer.
We placed an order for an expensive spa and paid half down and heard nothing afterwards. No one returns phone calls. No one seems to care about our business.
