We used SPA Lord for about a year but he stopped coming without any notice more than a month ago. Failed to respond to text, email, or phone messages. Left us with a frog pond and scramble to correct hot tub maintenance.
Didn't know the level of service I'd been missing out on until I switched to Spa Lord. Glad I made the change, Chris has been great.
Showed up on time and got my hot tub clean again.
Very happy with Chris's quality of service. My hot tub looks great and he's very reliable!
