I had a positive experience with the staff on a personal level — the electrologist is very kind, professional, and makes you feel comfortable during appointments. Unfortunately, despite going consistently every 4 weeks for over 6 months, I did not see any results. Awsome place. High quality equipment and great friendly people. My electrolysis has been permanent, and only go now when hormones erupt new growth. Knowledgeable beyond expectations.
Liz is always amazing! Time after time, she’s made me feel comfortable and as a plus-sized girlie - that’s an important part of a quality provider!! Liz has a great sense of humor and is always friendly. Love her! 🩷
I booked an appointment ( first time waxer) and had questions. Whoever texted me stated they don’t make phone calls and only communicate through text. Well my questions were personal and intimate and I didn’t feel comfortable texting when I don’t know who was on the receiving end. I asked a second time for a call and never got one so I canceled my appointment. It was a bad experience before i even walked in her salon.
Liz was awesome! She walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had. I was so comfortable and I can’t wait to go back!
