I purchased a spa certificate over a year ago from this establishment for my wife. My wife has been to the spa and tried calling the establishment multiple times with unreturned calls and no follow through. This is the first establishment in the Grayson community that we have found that has failed us. I would urge patrons to be wary of purchasing services from this facility as they lack communication skills and customer service.
As a mature woman I have had multiple skin care treatments. This has been by far my best experience!
Ayana was amazing! My full body wax didn't hurt at all and she is also from NY! Had a great convo with her. I'll definitely be back.
