Wow!!! First time getting a Brazilian wax and I was so freaked out. I almost didn't go. But the reviews are right! To be honest there were several parts that I literally had no pain! And even the parts that were a little painful were not even as painful as my imagination made it to be. Ayana was extremely calm, careful and told me everything that was going to happen. My overall experience was excellent! Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was welcoming and engaging. The staff was knowledgeable and supportive, making sure all my needs were met.
