UPDATE POST (8/20/2025): Last week I got a sound & vibration bath and massage with Tanya, and wow—it was amazing! She worked out every knot and I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and completely refreshed. I’ve been seeing Ayana for over a year now, and she’s still amazing—waxing is always quick, comfortable, and she has such a warm personality that I end up staying just to chat with her afterward. I purchased a spa certificate over a year ago from this establishment for my wife. My wife has been to the spa and tried calling the establishment multiple times with unreturned calls and no follow through. This is the first establishment in the Grayson community that we have found that has failed us. I would urge patrons to be wary of purchasing services from this facility as they lack communication skills and customer service.
