Really disappointed, not by the treatment itself, but the front desk service. When I booked the resort room, I added a $250 credit for the spa. My treatment costed $258, so I assumed I'd pay about $8 total. –– After I tipped my masseuse in cash, I was charged $170!!! I asked serveral times if they could explain the charges, and they did some great mathematical gymnastics saying how they were taking away percentages and discounts from my room BECAUSE I tipped in cash. The most disappointing spa pedicure I have had at any place (not just spas) anywhere in the world! I booked two 1-hour CBD pedicures for my partner and I, intending a treat and a spoil for my partner. That was unfortunately not what we got, quite the contrary. Rather than leaving relaxed, we left frustrated and disappointed. Not only did they cut his toe, they hardly touched his heels and were done in 45 minutes with barely a massage - the massage with CBD oil was one of the important features of this CBD pedicure. Stephanie has magic hands and gives the most incredible massage. She is in tune with your body and knows exactly where to focus on just by feel. I highly recommend her!
