Who would have thought trying to give a business $20,000 would be this hard. Our entire experience was horrendous. Communication issues, multiple broken promises and outright lies resulted in us waiting and wasting 9 weeks before they admitted that the hot tub was never actually ordered. Learn from my mistake - don’t waste your time with this business.
Don't buy your spa or pool here. The after care and warranty claim response are terrible. Ignoring us has been their first course of inaction. Guess we will have to file suit to get some action.
This store is under new management and operated by Paradise Valley Spas. While Jack, in sales, was very nice and communicated well everything else associated with this company has been truly the worst in customer service. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing from them! We have worked with several Bullfrog dealers in other locations and have always found them excellent with sales, install, and most importantly, service.
