I bought a new Hot tub from PVS after shopping other local stores. I decided on PVS because of their transparent pricing and the excellent service of Sales rep Jack. He was friendly and informative. He followed up after my first visit and stayed in touch after the sale and through delivery. The delivery crew was also top notch and were on time and prepared for whatever was thrown at them. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Staff is super rude.
Who would have thought trying to give a business $20,000 would be this hard. Our entire experience was horrendous. Communication issues, multiple broken promises and outright lies resulted in us waiting and wasting 9 weeks before they admitted that the hot tub was never actually ordered. Learn from my mistake - don’t waste your time with this business.
