Worst service!!!! My daughter waited over an hour for waxing. Unacceptable when you have an appointment.

I love this place!! Norma who works at the cosmetics department was amazing! She made me feel comfortable. Anastasia cut and styled my hair and she was awesome! She took her time helping me style my new haircut. They know customer service and they do it very well!!!

My husband gets his hair cut by Israel who is so amazing at what he does, he is beyond professional and extremely talented, he makes our experience there much more wonderful! Would rate more stars if I could!
