Continuous weeks of murky water. Drained, cleaned and refilled water as spa king said they could not fix it with chemicals. Next week the water was murky again. When we asked what the problem might be, the owner Mike was arrogant and rude. Told us we were either very dirty people Definitely not a little on the OCD side) or someone else is using our spa. Extremely unprofessional, maybe don't drive a vehicle and flip people off with your company name on it..
Mike was easy to get a hold of. He showed up on-time for the appt, even gave me 45 minutes notice of his arrival. He took the time to show me the in's and out's of the tub and checked it all out to make sure it was working great. This guy really is the Spa King! He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend his services.
Mike is very knowledgeable and he taught me how to correctly care for the spa to prevent the problems I had caused. He also is relaible and shows up when he is scheduled. I highly recommend him. He also had the part on his truck, so I didn't have to wait. My old repair guy would take 2 - 3 weeks to fix my spa, Mike fixed in one hour! Awesome, honest and professional!
