The people at Spa Keepers are fantastic. We bought a spa from them 5 years ago. Whenever there is an issue, they are helpful and quick to respond. Sometimes they'll even give advice on the phone, which saves me the service call charge! I would buy another spa from them just for their helpful service people.
I have a thermoSpa that is just short of 30 years old spa keepers came out replaced my heater and I was up in running so fast . The tech Jeff was so professional and knowledgeable . I will use then again if my tube has any more problems . I would recommend them to anyone that has a hot tube.
