EDIT: i was dramatic. i styled my hair how i usually style it and im much happier with the haircut now. i still probably won’t go back due to my side burns being overly short and in general i dont feel like i was listened to, but the haircut really isnt that bad. i saw charlotte and it is absolutely the worst haircut i have ever gotten. i explicitly said i do not like my hair too short and i do not like short sideburns, and i even showed her a picture of the length i like my hair at. she gave me a fade and cut my sideburns v... read more
Then entire experience was wonderful! I was greeted by the front desk right away and offered a drink while waiting for my stylist. Fiona was incredible and really took the time to understand what I was looking for in terms of cut and colour and was careful to explain maintenance and reccomend products to get the most out of my style and achieve my hair health goals. I LOVE my new look and can't wait to come back in 6 weeks. The front desk set me up with an appointment right after. You've got a customer for life now!
Highly recommend Alicia. She is knowledgeable, patient, and listens to what you want. I’m boring and just go for trims but my daughter is more adventurous and Alicia does such a fantastic job no matter how complicated or simple.
I always leave with exactly what I want. Ryan understands me well and is wonderful at layering, scelp massages, and soft detailing. Everyone was so welcoming. I left feeling so good and happy with my cut. I know it will grow out well, and I know I will be back.
