Leah was SO SWEET and very fun to talk to! She gave me great product recommendations for my frizzy hair and gave me some good advice to keep it healthy. My hair looks great, it’s never been so shiny and soft. Her associate was also great, and was very welcoming. I enjoyed talking with her as well! It’s been so long since I’ve been to a hair salon, so it was a great experience coming back into it.
Dayle was very thorough in explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable. She confirmed multiple times what I was looking for and when my mind changed or I was unsure she pivoted easily. She used products that were soothing on my aggravated scalp without me needing to ask and directed me to products that would help me in the long term. She was friendly, professional, and I will happily be booking with her again.
