I have gone to Spa Jump for many years and highly recommend it! The staff, the service, and the atmosphere are all wonderful. The people are hard working, friendly, and helpful. I love Spa Jump! Don’t forget to ask for Dulce. She is the best!

I got the worst hair cut I’ve ever had. My hair is curly and it’s hard to get a bad cut. But they succeeded. I have straggly ends with no weight. My hair is layered beyond what is normal. My bangs are a complete mess. The lady who cut my hair was rude. I should have run. Do not trust these people. Since the owner left it’s gone down fast.

I went here upon a recommendation of someone and was told to make an appointment with the owner. I did but sadly found out he passed away. I was told by someone at the spa that to book with a woman there who was very good. I did , when I went I was not greeted and the hairdresser I was to see went to lunch. I was early so that was fine except both girls were very very rude. So I paid 157.00 for a very light trim , only root color. My bad. I gave her a 20 per cent tip.
