Gave them a quick call to see if they could help me figure out why some of my jets weren’t working on my hot tub earlier today and got a few helpful tips from them over the phone. Bing bang boom my hot tub is up and running again no problem! I’ll definitely be giving them another call when something else eventually goes awry because, gosh darn it, they were helpful, quick, informative, and knew their stuff! Thanks so much!

I have had many excellent repairs from Spa Industry Management and know that Kevin the technician is the best in a hundred mile radius. I have heard so many compliments about his amazing ability to repair or fix spas that no other technician would even attempt. To see some petty one star review is not a reflection on Kevin but the pathetic incompetent individual submitting it. Dismiss that review as it has no relevance whatsoever.

I called these guys a month ago to fix my leaking spa. They were pretty quik and came the same afternoon. However the spa was still leaking and I called them again. It took three days for them to come again. They said they needed a lot of time and would come some other time and that they would call me back. A week later they still haven’t called me back.
