Lala and Kat were absolutely amazing and professional. My wife were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary and we decided on the Couples Escape package. Greatest experience! We had so much fun and would certainly do this again. We will also recommend Spa in the Village to friends and family
Went in for a simple eyebrow threading and made it very clear exactly what I wanted. The lady completely ignored my instructions and did whatever she felt like. My eyebrows look awful — uneven, overdone, and nothing like what I asked for. When I pointed it out, she tried to justify it and said, “They’ll grow back in a week,” as if that somehow made it acceptable. I was gifted a spa package; I truly had a wonderful overall experience. I truly loved Aida, she explained everything beforehand. She was very respectful and professional throughout and created such a peaceful environment. I felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end. Polite and welcoming right from the front desk. Their kindness elevated my experience.
Just lovely! Had a signature facial with Brianne and it was wonderful! Super relaxing environment and really pleased with my service. Front desk staff was delightful and even called early to let me know about bad traffic in the area so I could prepare better Will definitely be back!!
