I had a very unpleasant and unsettling experience with this Spa. The Spa acknowledged making an error that could have cost me hundreds of dollars, but refused to do anything about it. Thankfully, another (better) Spa solved the problem. I have lodged a complaint with WaySpa.com, urging the group to end its affiliation with this Spa. I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but the Spa is not BBB accredited. Be very careful in dealing with this place.
I came in for a signature facial and pedicure. The facial itself was relaxing, but I had some concerns with hygiene – the staff touched my feet and then my face multiple times without washing their hands in between, which made me uncomfortable. The pedicure was also disappointing – the polish was messy and not applied with care. On top of that, I was made to feel a bit judged for not “taking better care” of my skin, which left a bad impression. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for.
My mom had a fabulous experience visiting Spa in the Village for the first time today. We treated my mom to a signature facial and pedicure for her birthday. I chose this spa for its high rating and lovely reviews, and I requested Beverly specifically because she had many positive reviews that mentioned her facial services.
