Another amazing gel manicure with Lini yesterday. She does the most incredible nail art in town. My nails always look perfect, and I get tons of compliments on them. The nail dept at Spa in the Valley is the best I've experienced --- very professional, always on time, and great conversation as well. Thanks, Lini. See ya in 2 weeks!!!
Love my pedicures and gel manicures performed by Lini! She is a definite pro and very knowledgeable in her business. All the ladies are very professional and it's a very relaxing spa. Very clean, and on point with your needs. Have been going here for years and after going to other spas in the hunt valley and towson area, Spa in the Valley is the best! Awful pedicure today. Honestly didn’t even get her name she was rude and didn’t introduce herself. I ran over at my massage and she was already annoyed. I do want to say my massage with Meghan was amazing! And I will go back for massages. However, spending as much as you do for a pedicure it was rushed(30mins) and painful. She cute my cuticles and caused soreness. She was rude to me and kept saying my toenails were to short while shaking her head. Didn’t even say bye and got mad that I didn’t have sandals with me. I came in today with my bridal party and the way that my bridal party was treated was awful. And the counter staff was aweful and rude to my party after they showed up and i was in the back. Our appointment times were changed with out our knowledge and then were told it was our fault. If this is the way a luxury spa treats bridal party’s i will never recommend this establishment to any one or any of my friends who are getting married.
