Love this place!! I have found nobody I like this much. Best pedicures and shellac!! Have referred many family members and friends and they feel the same way.
If zero stars was an option that’s what this place would get. Walked in for the first time on a Thursday night after work and they were fairly busy. That’s fine I had no problems waiting. No one even looked at me when I walked in the door. I look through the polish and picked out my color then sat down on the couch next to a few other women to wait. After being a loyal customer here at this establishment for 8 months or so I will be taking my money elsewhere...the male nail tech is R.U.D.E as heck....I got a gel nail service one Friday evening...after the weekend passed my nail polish was already chipping on 3 or so fingers...so I returned to the shop on Thursday to get my nails redone however I was welcomed with yelling and disrespect abt what I did wrg to my own nails...will never RETURN HERE and will tell everyone I know abt the piss poor service and treatment to a c... read more
I absolutely love this place. I go more than once a month just for the relaxation. You just can't beat a hot stone massage pedicure for $25. All workers wear gloves and use clean utensils which is very important to me. I always get pedicures here and most of the time I work with Thin. She is my favorite! She almost puts me to sleep every time I come in and I always leave with a smile on my face and beautiful feet and toesies!
So I always go to Spa house but after today I will no longer be a customer. They recently got nexgen which is a dip method. The color that I picked on the swatch was not what I received. After asking it to be redone I was told that they would not redo my nails and if I had it taken off they would no longer service me. So I walked out today with a clear pink on my nails which is not what I intended to pay for and is certainly not what I asked for. I will never be back again. Terrible way to treat a paying customer.
I WAS a loyal customer for the last 3 years or so until today. The manager applied shellac about a week ago. It began to peel within a week. I returned to have it removed and re-polished. This guy has the nerve to charge me extra to remove the rest of his inferior work. He then acts as if he is doing me a favor by reducing , rather than forgoing the fee! Really? How about I just find a new nail shop. I guess there wasn't a memo about other available places for nail service. There goes a another faithful customer.
