Disappointed is an understatement. While my treatments we good my husband who had the same treatments were somehow different. They forgot his hot stones, and when asked they said it was only 5 minutes of hot stones. But when I had hot stones it was over 15 minutes worth. Bed heaters were never on. I got to keep my mask but my husband was never offered. My husband afterwards had no where to sit in the relaxation lounge. For this price you would expect a little more consistency, forethought, and value

Have huge concerns regarding the charges, specifically the mandatory 20% gratuity charge and the convenience (?) fee. In my view, a gratuity should be a reflection of exceptional service rather than a required surcharge. Implementing a mandatory fee of this size suggests that the establishment may not be adequately compensating its staff, relying instead on guaranteed guest fees to supplement wages. I believe in rewarding quality work and would prefer to see a more transparent pricing structure that values both the employees... read more

I recently visited the spa and had a massage and facial, it was so wonderful! Everyone was so friendly, the spa was beautiful and tranquil. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated which was much needed during this Holiday season. I will absolutely be back!
