We contacted Spa Guy out of Nashua, NH to let them know of our situation going on with our Softub. The hydromat was having and issue, which is all the main functionality of the tub. Of course like anything these days that are special items. Parts are on back order. So waiting was the hardest part for me especially not being able to use our hot tub during the winter time, which at no fault is Spa Guy to blame for parts being back ordered/delayed.
