Hi - i called these people to see about moving a hot tub. Pretty simple and easy... he said $575, i said that is a bit high and he hung up on me... i called him back and no answer. certainly doesnt want me to recommend them to anyone! He didnt even identify his business when you call him. UNPROFESSIONAL FROM THE SECOND HE PICKS ANSWERS YOUR CALL. I called Blue Spa. Much more affordable and pleasant.

Excellent job, professional, respectful, friendly, and a great experience.

Needed our old, broken down hot tub removed and called Spa Go via recommendation from AquaQuip. Got voicemail, left a message, and had my call returned within 15 min! Was able to get a quote, scheduled, came out within a week, and now it's gone! Efficient, straight forward, pleasant demeanor- couldn't have asked any more.

Perfect experience for us. They answer calls, return calls, showed up when they said, called us when they said, moved the tub with no damage, flexible payment options, and they were OK with me being a pain in the ass.
