I boarded my two dogs there. One of which had been there before. They returned smelling terribly, with high fevers, not eating, and dehydrated. I took my one dog who was in really bad shape to the vet and paid $350 in medical bills and medication. They had to administer IV fluids due to her state of dehydration, and she is now on 3 medications. RecommendedI took my very shy dog to get groomed. They were very nice to him and they gave him the haircut I asked for. I will definitely come back.
I LOVE Spa for Paws! They (in particular Mary) are the only place I will take my animal. Yes, I am super paranoid about mistreatment of any animal but in particular mine. He is a cat. So when it comes to grooming I know it is not always easy. He always comes back to me feeling spunky and happy with his new haircut. He always smells good and looks fantastic! I can not express my satisfaction enough! I would highly recommend Spa for Paws to any pet owner!
I adopted a pup I was fostering a couple of months ago. She is shy with people but loves other pups. I enrolled her in the daycare at Spa for Paws so she could have some fun while I am working. She has really started to open up with the help of the wonderful staff at this facility. She used to be scared of car rides but now she is eager to get to daycare! From the minute you walk in you can tell that these group of people love what they do! That makes a huge difference when dropping off your fur baby. Lots of pictures posted of our dog having a great time with the other dogs there. Highly recommend! ❤️🐕
My baby loves this place so much and is always excited when she sees us pulling into the parking lot. The staff is friendly and always welcome her by name. They post pictures of all the dogs so you can see how much fun your baby is having. My dog is hyper and after a day at spa for paws, she is a lot more calm at home. The price is also the best in El Paso. You really can’t beat the price anywhere.
