On my first visit to spa & body it didn't go so well and in turn I left a review stating what happened. The owner promptly replied on Google and also she took the time to email me, apologizing for my experience. With the owner being so empathetic and cared to keep my business there's no way I wasn't going to go again to try a different masuse.
