Waited 15 minutes while someone was using it only to find out the card reader hasn't worked for over a year, a sign would have been nice 😡 Also smelt like it hadnt been cleaned in days.

We went to give a dog a bath and noticed this spot is in desperate need of maintenance. It reeks of mildew and the A/C no longer works. There also needs to be a note or something notifying potential customers that the card reader doesn’t work and the machine only accepts cash. We wasted half an hour of our time waiting in line just to find out that it’s now cash only. Edit: We tried 2 cards and Apple Pay. All 4 times the reader said Cash Only. Should be fixed for the convenience of your clientele. Maybe it’ll help get you up... read more

10 min for $15 .... The door locked behind me left the leash and harness inside, had to go buy new one since their customer service was horrendous and couldn't unlock the door. The place smells and it's dirty.
