Thank you to my Lions den (who are now Tigers). Through their generosity I was given a gift certificate to Spa Exotique in Selden. What an amazing experience. Not only did I get down time which I never get but I didn’t even look at my phone for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The wonderful massage included a pre drink then when you are done they give you tray of fruit with cream, a biscotti and a cup of Red African herbal tea. Such a serene and beautiful place.
