As I'm reading some of these reviews, I feel it's necessary to point out that customers - not SpaXS staff - have been the problem in most interactions I've seen. I've watched patrons here disregard rules, disrespect the facilities, and behave badly in general; the men who work here have been unfailingly polite most of the time, and more firm when it's appropriate. Poor customer service on reception , the guy or should be called IT yes the one who has disgusting tattoos all over his body is very rude he has such bad attitude , spoke to me like dirt the day previous and when i challenged him to why he didn’t give me the 5$ dollar deposit he tried to ignore me and giving lame excuses etc I don’t remember,, yes you do cause you spoke to me like crap yesterday well guess what he could not handle me and had to go run away and cry that’s what you get when you give me no respect
⭐ My experience at Spa EXCESS was not only unsanitary—it was deeply disrespectful and discriminatory. I visited this spa hoping for a safe, inclusive environment. Instead, I encountered filthy conditions, including visible fecal matter on surfaces—clear violations of basic hygiene and public health standards. This is by far the best sauna I've ever been. With private rooms, good customer service, love the jacuzzi and the common areas. Every time i go to Toronto, I spend my time in this sauna, and there's no regrets.
I can only say great things about Toronto bathhouses that work closely with community groups to make sure guys have access to condoms, lube, testing and other sexual health info! Spa XS has the longest history of working with community groups. I've worked 37 years in HIV and really appreciate their cooperation and kindness to those of us who work in the field doing outreach there.
