Best experience ever! I had organized a "spa party" for my big birthday. We were 10 ladies total. I wanted an experience where we could be mostly together. Almost impossible to find in the Dallas metroplex! I was so happy to come across Spa Events on line. Ada was so kind, she explained everything to me, communicated very effectively and the event was absolutely amazing! All my friends were so impressed. I rarely ever leave a review but the incredible quality of this service warrants a review just as stellar. The staff do the best facials in town & I always have a beautiful glow that lasts longer than a week after a visit. I was recommended to her by a friend; I noticed her absolute GLOW and had to know where she got her facials. The staff is very friendly & personable & the environment is very comfortable. If i could give her a higher rating than 5 stars, I would!!!
DO NOT do business with them because they don’t respect your time. I bought 2 services from Groupon the first one they had to delay one hour on my facial because they had me on the wrong time. The 2nd time, despite I confirmed the appt and they sent me 2 text reminder and 1 email reminder, I’m there and they said they don’t have me on the book and all the estheticians are in an event so nobody is actually available today. My Fiancé and I had the best massages we’ve ever had in our lives here whilst celebrating her 30th birthday! We’ve had several massages at different locations in the past, as we are fairly active and the experience has varied from middling to flat out painful. Not only was the Spa Events massage thorough, it was relaxing, and relieved our areas of pain.10/10.
