Booked a treatment for my wife and I a week out. We hired sitters and planned around it and 3 hours before are appointment they are calling trying to tell us they cant accommodate the time or treatment we booked and our only option was to cancel. Absolutely ridiculous level of professionalism and customer service.
After a not so pleasant first experience, Dawn the manager reached out. She did everything in her power to correct the mistake and I’m glad I took her up! My massage therapist was so intentional about helping me feel relaxed and really working on my problem areas! Great service all around.
A truly fantastic experience. The best massage I've ever had and the wife agrees. Perfect pressure and form and the bath was the perfect temp. Literally perfection
I do not recommend massage therapist Ari in the slightest. The entire experience was uncomfortable, from the rude comments to being pinched throughout the massage. I was repeatedly told to “relax,” despite being clearly uncomfortable with what she was doing. At the end, I was told, “You paid for this service; you need to learn how to relax.” Yes, I understand that I paid for the service—which is exactly why I shouldn’t have been yelled at or made to feel uncomfortable throughout it. Be mindful of dynamic pricing practices; you may end up paying premium pricing for less than premium service. I used to frequent this spa for 10+ years but over that time the service and facility has declined, most notably in a reduction of pedicure chairs and broken equipment and a shoestring staff (despite going from 4 chairs to 2, they cannot accommodate a side-by-side experience due to only having one nail tech).
