I’ve been a loyal customer of this spa for quite some time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I recently had a massage appointment scheduled but came down with bronchitis and was genuinely too sick to come in. Wanting to be considerate, I called ahead to explain the situation and asked if I could reschedule. Despite my long-term patronage, they refused to accommodate any flexibility. I had a wonderful prenatal massage at Spa Evangeline while staying at the Epicurean Hotel. The therapist was very attentive and focused on my neck, shoulders, and lower back, which was exactly what I needed. The hand and foot exfoliation add-on was a great touch. The spa is beautiful, relaxing, and very professional — highly recommend!
SO BAD! Please save your money! I’m sorry I really hate to do this because I want to give a fair chance… but this was the WORSE massage Iv ever had. Not even joking. And Iv had plenty of massages at 5star hotels and local spas…. 1. Check in process is frustrating to begin with - trying to get on the hotels wifi?? AND then finally their intake form super slow.
