Shane diagnosed my hot tub issues right away and was able to fix it very promptly. He was also able to cater to my busy work schedule. Honest, quality work. Months later I sent him a text asking if he had time to answer a question I had - he calls me less than a minute later and explained everything I needed to know in a few minutes. Really cool guy. I wouldn’t look to anyone else.

Shane has great pride in his work and is very professional. Always willing to go the extra mile and he knows his stuff. He has been repairing hot tubs for almost 20 years. There is no one in the tristate area that has his level of expertise.

Absolutely the only place in town to get your hot tub serviced. After waiting weeks to hear from patio splash (where we bought the tub) we decided to try spa duck. Shane was professional and incredibly helpful. Even saved us money by working on circuit board. Definitely call spa duck if you live in Cheyenne and have spa issues

I called him because our hot tub was throwing a fault code. He answered the phone on the first try. He was very patient and gave me lots of help and ideas over the phone. Even offered to come out and take a look on Christmas Eve if I couldn’t get it working. Followed up with more helpful info after our phone call. Wouldn’t have got it working without his help. Thank you so much!
