We have a gift card and I had been calling locations and you can just leave a message. I left a message and can’t get called back.i saw on website that says to call frank and Leo for gift card situations and neither one answered the phone after many times of contacting. This is terrible bc you can’t get a call back. Terrible management and ownership.
