Reached out to Spa Doctors to remove our hot tub. They were very responsive, professional, and we had a good experience with them.

We were in a pinch. Needed a hot tub moved quickly before the sale of a house. Reached out to spa doctor. He got me on the schedule with plenty of time to spare. Had a couple guys who knew just what to do with exactly the right equipment. The moved the spa right next to our new concrete pad. He gave us direction on how to maneuver it once concrete was ready. Called this cat about a year ago to look at my spa. Said he was super busy and allegedly took my info. Called him a month later, said I'd hear from him in a week or so. Time came and nothing. Reported him to bbb and moved on.
