Brandon & Spa Doctor are fantastic! I called ~10 other companies around, and all either told me they didn’t service my model or had wait times over a month out... Unlike those guys, Brandon talked me through how to troubleshoot my issue over the phone which saved me from even needing a service call today! It’s no wonder they have a perfect 5/5 stars on Google. The next time I have trouble, I’ll call Spa Doctor first.
At 68, it is greatly appreciated but unfortunately, rare, to find a friendly and professional company that simply does excellent work these days. Spa Doctor is the best! I have used them twice for a hot tub issue and I could not be more pleased. When I contacted them, I always received a prompt response, Josh (service technician) was experienced and knowledgeable, the repair was complete, and the price was more than reasonable. We can’t say enough about our positive experience with Brandon at Spa Doctor! He is extremely knowledgeable on hot tubs and assisted us in getting the perfect hot tub for us and at a great price. This company did a great job on our new hot tub purchase and install. They are professional and honest. We are super happy with the work they did. They left no mess and gave us instructions on how to operate and maintain. Highly recommend Spa Doctor!
