This business was fine when it was run by Manny. We didn’t know it had been taken over by somebody else until he answered the phone and claimed Manny had sold him the business. Decided to give him a try…. , When he showed up, he charged $95 to tell us we had a leak that we already knew we had. He claimed we needed a part. That was over two weeks ago! Can you post negative stars? This guy took over a very good business when Manny was the Spa Doc, but Calvin has no idea what he is doing. He charged me $95 for a diagnostic, took my pump to have it tested, told me it was fine. Then he didn't show up when he promised to replace it, and didn't answer text messages for days. I finally texted him that I would come pick up the pump if he gave me a location. He apologized and brought it back, and said he determined I needed a new pressure switch. Hired to move spa. Made an absolute hash of putting the screen enclosure back together resulting in additional cost getting that done right.

The new owner, Calvin, came out, took apart my spa, made the leak worse (to the point I can’t put water in it now) and left to order a part. It’s been over a month and I have tried to call him several times. No response from him.
