The people are nice, but the salt system is oversold to the point I feel like it was lied about. Also, lights not covered in warranty and they have to rip the foam out to fix so it isn't worth it. I just wish I bought a cheaper tub.
Hot Springs is a top-end tub and the staff at Spa Depot are also top-end. Bill was a knowledgeable and low pressure salesman to work with, passionate about tubs and able to get technical. Marissa and Stephanie were also great and communication was good while our tub was on order. Installation was smooth and the tub was setup in a few hours. I owned a Tiger River (Hot Springs) prior and it lasted 25 years. I trust my new Hot Springs tub will last as long.
