Buying a swim spa has been about as fun as buying a used car... Sleazy. They aren't cheap and it's a little intimidating. I decided to not buy online because it is scary and I wanted local support. I asked people and had a few recommendations but just didn't like the vibe of who I was talking to and they didn't seem to understand how tiny my yard is (downtown sugarhouse) or my needs (disabled child who would benefit therapeutically).
