I never leave reviews but I need to share. The spa is closed but they are still accepting appointments. They must have forgotten to turn off thier online booker. I booked an appointment and came to Chula Vista for the spa and it’s been closed since August.
The service itself was good but this a far cry from a “spa” experience. The hot tub is lackluster, the waiting area is sterile feeling, the lockers cannot be used and there are no robes or slippers/sandles. The shower has no real shampoo and overall it was very dated and not relaxing. Even the massage room I was a former shower. This over priced for what is being offered and the expectations are not realistic. We will not return.
The facial and massage I received was good but the experience in a whole was pretty lack-luster and overpriced. Odd way of checking in with no info on what we were supposed to do. We wanted to use the spa after and it was recommended to change in the outdoor campground-esqe bathroom next to the hot tub vs. the locker room. I love this Spa!! Everyone is always so friendly. Had a massage today and loved it.
Wonderful spa experience with my daughter in December. Easy to book services online. Wonderful massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. Free champagne and we felt catered to the entire time. Staff was professional and listened to our specific needs. We appreciated every staff member that provided services to us.
