Sent the wrong filter through an Internet order and were dismissive and not very helpful on exchange. I’ll keep filters as too expensive to ship back, and can be retrofitted. Prices not great, can be found much cheaper, especially pool filters at other sites. Would not order again
Spa-Daddy filters work great in my hot tub and last much longer than other filters that I have tried.
The customer service is great, their filters are very good and last a long time, and they have low prices. I highly recommend them.
