They sent me the wrong spa filter and now will not allow me to return it because it got wet while I was trying to put it in my spa. Lousy service. Do not buy from these people.
Very polite, helpful and nice customer service people. I ordered the wrong size cartridge filter which was definitely my fault. I had to return it at my cost which is very expensive through UPS right now, $38. When I called they helped me figure out the correct cartridge to order. They sent another one to me and it came quickly and they did not charge me a restocking fee because I returned the first one.
