Spa Creek Dental has not refunded money pre-paid for services to my mother (who lives in memory care). In May, I pre-paid for dental services to replace a missing crown for my mother. The time it took to examine then take impressions lasted a couple of months. She was supposed to have the crown replaced in August, but went into the hospital, so I cancelled the appointment. So far, not impressed. The employees seemed confused. Have accents so hard to understand. The fees are high. We'll see what first appointment is like.

Spa Creek does not complete scheduled dental work and cancel appointments at nursing homes frequently. My mother had teeth pulled in spring and they wanted her gums to heal before taking the impression for dentures which was done in early July. It is now the end of September and no one at Spa Creek is returning my calls or calls from the facility where my mother is under care. The services are fully paid for but they have not delivered.
