I have just been scammed. I ordered a hot tub cover 11 days ago. For the past 3 days I have called, texted, and emailed this company multiple times each day. I have not received any type of response. I have been waiting for my cover to start production which it hasn’t been updated on website. The email I received said product will start between 5-7 days after payment. It has been 11. I was just fraudulently charged $534.99.

Purchased a cover from them and it's falling apart after 18 months. Their web site is no longer operational and they don't return calls. Buy elsewhere!!
