This was the second time we ordered a spa cover through the Spa Cover Factory and we did so because we had a good experience the first time, about 7 years ago. We were not disappointed. We ordered our cover late on a Monday, and by Friday morning, a beautiful new cover was delivered and the old one removed! The cover has made a 12 year old spa look new! Terrrible company. I reordered the exact same cover I had purchased from them 11 years earlier. They sent it to us with the seam going the wrong way, and they will not make it good. Unbelievable service and attitude. Do not use them!!!!! They charged my credit card before the order was ever approved. Poor quality product. Not like the one we bought from the same company 11 years earlier and the price more than doubled. Now we're out $500. dollars as they won't make it good.
